General

For the purposes of communication by means of electronic mail, the domain name nortonsportsmassagetherapy.co.uk is the property of Norton Sports Massage Therapy. It is expressly prohibited to submit or add any e-mail addresses within these domain names to newsgroups, chat rooms or any other mass mailing sources or devices on the Internet.

Norton Sports Massage Therapy does not accept any responsibility or liability for the content of external sites.

Cancellations

Please understand that when you forget your appointment or fail to cancel with enough notice in advance, we miss out on an opportunity to fill that time slot, and our standby clients miss the chance to receive our services.

A £20 deposit is required upon booking any of our services. Deposits will not be refunded for cancellations, without good cause, within 24 hours of the appointment date/time.

Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Gift vouchers are available in denominations of £50 with a £50 minimum.
Gift vouchers may be used for goods or services of a higher value, on payment of the difference.
Gift vouchers can only be used in a single transaction and cannot be exchanged for cash. No change or refund will be given.
Gift vouchers will not be replaced when lost, damaged or stolen.
Damaged, defaced or copies of gift vouchers will not be accepted.
Gift vouchers will be subject to verification at time of presentation.
In the event of any dispute, the decision of Norton Sports Massage Therapy is final.
Norton Sports Massage Therapy reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
